Clifton Meadows is currently accepting applications for new members.  If you wish to apply, please fill out the application card below and send in along with a $50.00 application fee.

1) Application Fee - $50.00 (non-refundable) paid with application (applied toward initiation fee)
2) Initiation Fee (non-refundable) - $600.00 for family and $300 for individual
3) Yearly dues (including tax) - $525.00 (family) and $325.00 (individual) payable by due date.       

-Applications are reviewed by the Board of directors and require two signatures of existing members.

Types of Membership:     
Family - a group of people related by birth, marriage, or adoption, living together year around and functoning as a single household and usually consisting of parents and their children.

Individual - Single person at least 21 years of age, in a single person household  

Senior - To be eligible for senior membership you must have held an active membership for at least 15 years and have no children living at home. Annual dues are one-half the Family membership dues.
