"Clifton Meadows" is a private club that was established over 50 years ago in a secluded area of Clifton. It is the ideal setting for summertime fun and entertainment for all. The Club offers swimming, diving, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, corn-hole, playsets for the kids and plenty of running room. We have a clubhouse, snack bar, and a very enjoyable shaded picnic area with grills. The Club sponsors parties for adults and children, and its members organize the increasingly popular potluck dinner parties. Club fees are kept affordable and the facilities are continually upgraded because of the hard work and dedication of the staff and a long tradition of volunteer work by the members. The membership reflects the diversity of Clifton and its surrounding community. The setting, the facilities, the strong sense of community, and the competitive fees cannot be matched within Cincinnati. The Club has 3 pools: a baby pool, a six-lane lap pool and a recreational pool with a diving well. The pools are open, weather permitting, from 11AM to 9PM from Memorial Day (May 24, 2008) through Labor Day (the club will close September 8, 2008 - hours subject to change). Lap swimmers have the opportunity to swim anytime during Club hours. The recreational pool was recently renovated to expand the diving well. It has two competition-level, 1-meter diving boards. The club places a strong emphasis on swimming safety and offers free swim lessons to its members. Again this year on the last day, the last hour we will have the Dog swim.

The Club has four lighted and recently resurfaced tennis courts and now features two brand new artificial turf courts. The courts are open year around to members and their guests. Again this year, the courts will be open to USTA members. (Please check for rates and rules first.) During the summer season, the Tennis Pro offers lessons for both children and adults and organizes a tennis team. The parent/child tournament is a highlight of the season.
